Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to NowcastPro, operated by Wayne-Tek. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. What is not allowed

You must not use NowcastPro to create, request, upload, generate or publish content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deliberately deceptive, or infringes any third party's rights;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic — including any NSFW or 18+ content;
• sexualizes or depicts minors in any sexual or exploitative way;
• depicts or promotes real, credible violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against any group or person;
• is spam, malware, phishing, or fraud.

2. About generated output

NowcastPro's charts and graphics are rendered from weather data, and its narrative text is generated by AI. AI-generated text is screened, and any image or graphic the service produces is rendered from data rather than from free-text prompts. You remain responsible for how you use the output.

3. Reporting and enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Report a violation or ask a question at support@wayne-tec.com.

4. Independence

NowcastPro is an independent product operated by Wayne-Tek and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI or weather-data provider it integrates with.
